Lead and inspire a culture of compliance, safety, and risk awareness across the store by coaching managers, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring teams understand and apply IKEA policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Start Date of employment will be: November 2026
- Starting salary of £31,130 per annum, based on competence and experience.
- 39 Hours, working 5 days per week and includes alternate weekends

- Experienced retail manager with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to make well balanced decisions in a fast paced omni channel environment.
