- Select and specify optical components and subsystems
- Lead optical system integration, verification and validation
Wat je meebrengt
- MSc or PhD in Applied Physics, Optics, Photonics or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in optical systems development
- Expertise in optical design, modelling and simulation with Zemax
- Hands-on experience with optical system integration and alignment
- Experience in product development including prototyping and validation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills Mooi meegenomen
- Experience leading or coaching engineers
- Knowledge of imaging, microscopy, laser systems, optical metrology or high-tech applications
