- You ensure that a project is technically, organizationally, and financially solid.
Specific tasks
- you prepare calculations, budgets, and quotations based on drawings, specifications, and client requirements;
- you determine the necessary materials, resources, and subcontractors;
- you create work plans and schedules, and gather all required drawings, calculations, and documents;
- you handle price inquiries, orders, and deliveries, and make arrangements with suppliers and subcontractors;
- you also ensure permits and other prerequisites are in place to start;
- you hand over the well-prepared project to the supervisor;
- you process changes during execution and regularly visit the site yourself.
You work on a diverse mix of projects: think of heavily loaded terrains, foundations and concrete structures, and tasks related to energy infrastructure.
