As O&M Optimisation Specialist MV/HV you will be working closely with our senior experts supporting maintenance optimisation activities in medium-voltage and high-voltage systems, covering wind turbine and substation switchgear, protection systems, transformers and cables.
You will identify and manage O&M optimisation projects and ensure the specification, assessment and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance best practice across the fleet collaborating with stakeholders on operational sites and within Engineering functions.
About the role
- Lead activities to achieve optimisation of predetermined and corrective maintenance scope and execution for electrical, instrumentation & control equipment with the focus on the HV/MV apparatus, to be rolled-out and shared across fleet:
- Working with sites in proactive identification of corrective actions to reduce the effort for troubleshooting by consolidating RCA insights across sites and initiation of projects to mitigate risks, reduce corrective maintenance effort and downtimes.
- Working with site engineers and performing the assessment of value and risk impact of predetermined maintenance scope and execution optimisations in order to arrive at fleet-wide recommendations;
