Recruiter 32-40 uur per week Vorden € 3.500 - € 4.200 per month Do you want to do more than just fill vacancies? As a Recruiter, you'll help build a new recruitment brand and assist companies in finding the right staff. You'll get to know organisations from the inside and take care of their recruitment process for them. You'll also be given plenty of scope to put your ideas into practice! You
- Manage the recruitment process for clients;
- Gain an in-depth understanding of organisations and their staffing needs;
- Search for, approach and inspire candidates;
- Build client relationships in collaboration with the Sales Manager;
- Contribute ideas on the development of the new brand.
Who are you? As a Recruiter, you are able to work independently and understand what clients need.
You have
- Experience as a recruiter or recruitment consultant;
- A commercial and client-focused approach;
- A good command of the Dutch language;
- An interest in recruitment, consultancy and entrepreneurship.
