Core responsibilities - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group closing, consolidation, and management reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, KPIs, variance analyses, and executive dashboards.
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with business units.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain group accounting guidelines, chart of accounts, and reporting templates.
- Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders for audits, controls testing, and documentation.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities; recommend corrective actions and efficiency improvements.
- Support M&A, business cases, and investment evaluations with financial modeling and due diligence.
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong expertise in consolidation, group reporting, and financial controlling.
- Solid knowledge of relevant accounting frameworks (e.g., IFRS or local GAAP) and internal controls.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- High attention to detail, deadline focus, and ability to work in a complex multi-entity environment.
