The Role As our new Portfolio Manager, you connect strategy with execution: aligning priorities, enabling informed decision-making, and helping teams navigate complexity and dependencies across programs.
By working closely with stakeholders across the business, you ensure that our strategic initiatives are set up for success and that we continuously improve the way we manage and deliver our portfolio. You will drive a proactive, data-driven approach to portfolio management - ensuring feasible planning, clear prioritization, and strong alignment across teams and stakeholders. You work closely with senior leadership and directly contribute to portfolio-level decision-making. What You'll Be Doing Steering and prioritizing the portfolio: You play a key role in the selection and prioritization of initiatives, driving clarity on what matters most.
You enable well-informed trade-offs between initiatives, ensuring focus on the projects that contribute most to delivering our strategy. Driving planning and ensuring feasibility: You ensure that the portfolio is realistically planned and executable. You build and maintain a clear view on project timelines, dependencies, risks, and capacity constraints across the portfolio. Based on this, you define a feasible portfolio and ensure transparency on what can and cannot be delivered.
