JYSK is a rapidly expanding retail chain with more than 3,000 stores in 50 countries. To support this growth logistically, the 10th distribution center is being built in Lelystad. Construction is in full swing, and we expect the distribution center to be operational by early 2027. But of course, that doesn't mean we're sitting still until then! Currently, a lot of work is being done in our temporary distribution center to ensure a smooth transition to the new facility.
As Team Leader in the Operation Center, you have a clear responsibility: to ensure that operations deliver - every single day. You lead the team in an operational environment where pace, structure, communication and decisiveness are essential. You ensure that the flow runs smoothly from Inbound to Loading and that the right priorities are set when circumstances change. You work closely with the operation, make decisions in the moment and ensure that plans become reality. You report to the Department Manager.
