Who you are

- University degree in economics, finance, or accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and a basic understanding of tax matters.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good knowledge SW (SAP/SAP4Hana)
- Good analytical skills and structured thinking
- Process improvement mindset
- Ability to communicate fluently in English with colleagues across countries, advanced Czech language.
Your responsibilities
- Perform GL account cleansing activities and prepare account balance reviews.
- Analyse assigned processes and related GL accounts, identify process inefficiencies and control gaps, and propose practical improvement and standardization solutions.
- Collaborate with Procurement and business stakeholders to support and optimize S2P processes.
- Monitor and reflect changes in the invoice approval process and ensure accurate system configuration and maintenance.
- Working closely with the Shared Service Centre in India.
- Contributing to projects aimed at automating accounting processes and improving data quality.
- Collaborating with other teams within IKEA, both locally and globally.
