In this role, you will coordinate maintenance activities, manage external suppliers and ensure that facilities and technical installations continue to operate at the highest standards. You will play a key part in supporting operational excellence by keeping our site safe, compliant and fully operational. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers, you'll contribute directly to the performance of the operation while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. - Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure work is completed safely, accurately and on time
- Manage relationships with approved suppliers and contractors responsible for building systems and warehouse equipment
- Monitor performance against agreed service levels and follow up on corrective actions where required
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, compliance documentation and performance reports
- Provide excellent service to operational stakeholders by responding quickly and effectively to facility-related issues
