- As a working foreman service, you are responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of overhaul projects involving our foundation equipment.
- You ensure that work runs smoothly, materials are available on time and technicians know what is expected of them.
- When needed, you are ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
- What will you do?
- In this role, you combine technical expertise with planning and organising activities.
- You are the main point of contact in the workshop and ensure that overhaul projects are carried out efficiently and according to our quality standards.
Your responsibilities include
- Planning, organising and coordinating overhaul activities on foundation equipment.
- Ensuring that the required materials and spare parts are available on time.
- Supervising and supporting technicians during their work.
- Sharing your technical knowledge with less experienced colleagues.
- Monitoring the progress and quality of overhaul projects.
- Taking part in hands-on overhaul work when needed.
You will spend approximately 70% of your time on planning, coordination and supervision, and 30% working in the workshop.
You will be based at our Middelburg location and report to the service coordinator.

- A completed MBO level 4 qualification, preferably in a technical field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Experience as a service technician, preferably in mechanical engineering.
