As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for safely operating various sawing machines. You create sawing programs on the machine, process sawing orders according to instructions, and ensure that the material is used as efficiently as possible. In doing so, you pay attention not only to speed but also to quality, dimensions, and minimizing waste. During work, you carefully check the sawed orders. Are the dimensions correct and does the result meet the requirements? Then the material can proceed to the next step in the production process.
Additionally, you perform basic maintenance on the machines according to the agreed-upon procedures and ensure that tools are used and maintained correctly per machine. Keeping the machines clean is also part of your duties. If you notice a deficiency, malfunction, or deviation, report it to your supervisor. If you see opportunities to work smarter, safer, or more efficiently, communicate this according to the applicable procedures.
