About this role
We are seeking candidates for a Production role who can work both independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:- Assemble components for doors and window frames.- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery.- Inspect the quality of materials and finished products.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.- Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.Ideal Candidate Profile:- Experience in a similar production role, comfortable assembling products using the appropriate machines and tools.- Technically skilled with a hands-on approach to work.- Able to communicate effectively in English at B1/B2 level.- Driving license (car) preferred — Maintec provides transport.- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
