You will join a growing company in the food industry that supplies products to hospitality, catering, and retail organizations throughout the Netherlands. The Tilburg location has a close-knit team of around 15 operators. The atmosphere is informal, colleagues support each other, and successes are celebrated together. Since you will be working with fresh food products, the working environment is refrigerated. Of course, you will be provided with suitable workwear to ensure you can work comfortably. The main language spoken on the work floor is English.

What will you be doing?
- As an Operator, you will be responsible for efficient and high-quality production.
- You will ensure that machines are set up correctly, monitor the production process, and take action whenever necessary.
