About this role
As a Cleanroom Operator, you play an important role in maintaining the quality of high-tech products used in industries such as semiconductors and electronics. You will work in a controlled cleanroom environment where accuracy, safety, and quality are essential.
- Your daily tasks include:- Cleaning high-tech components according to cleanroom procedures and work instructions.- Performing assembly work using hand tools and technical drawings.- Inspecting products and carrying out quality measurements.- Preparing and cleaning metal frames and packaging materials according to protocol.- Reporting deviations and registering quality findings in the production system.- Reading and following technical drawings and work instructions accurately.- Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized according to cleanroom standards.
Working hoursYou will work from Monday to Friday in a 2-shift schedule:- Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00- Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00You will receive an 18% shift allowance for working in shifts. Overtime on Saturdays or Sundays is paid at 150% when applicable.
- Required- Good command of the English language.- Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.- Technical insight or experience within a production environment.- Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule.- Living in or within travelling distance of Eindhoven, Helmond, Veldhoven, or Valkenswaard.
- Preferred- Experience working in a cleanroom environment.- Experience with assembly work or high-tech production.
