About this role
Working with wood and machines is the core of this position. As a CNC Wood Operator, you are responsible for processing wood and sheet materials using modern CNC and planer machines. Your tasks include:- Setting up and operating CNC and planer machines- Reading technical drawings and work orders- Inspecting and measuring products according to quality standards- Performing preventive maintenance on machines- Changing and adjusting tools when needed- Monitoring production output and tolerances- Keeping the workplace and machines clean and organizedYou will work in a 2-shift schedule with the following working hours:- 06:00 – 15:00- 15:00 – 00:00- At least 1 year of experience as a CNC operator or machine operator- Experience in woodworking is a plus- Ability to read and understand technical drawings- Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule- Good command of the Dutch or English language- Accurate and independent working attitude- Experience with forklift operations is a plus
