In this role, you will support export operations, coordinate international shipments, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire order process.
What will you do?
- As an Export Assistant, you will be responsible for managing export orders from start to finish and ensuring that shipments are delivered accurately and on time.
- Your responsibilities include:- Receiving, processing and managing customer orders.- Verifying order details, product availability and delivery schedules.- Coordinating and optimizing order flows for distributors.- Identifying potential issues or delays and resolving them proactively.- Acting as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders and deliveries.- Planning and coordinating international shipments.- Ensuring compliance with customer-specific and country-specific shipping requirements.- Coordinating with internal departments and external logistics partners.- Handling customer claims and spare parts requests.- Following up on customer inquiries and ensuring timely resolutions.
- What do you bring?- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.- Previous experience in logistics, preferably in export operations or order management.- Strong organizational and planning skills.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- A hands-on attitude and team spirit.
