Fortanix is looking for an HR Associate to manage HR operations for employees in the Netherlands and across EMEA. Based in Eindhoven, you will handle payroll, benefits, employee relations, and office coordination.

- Manage HR operations for Netherlands and EMEA employees
- Handle Dutch payroll, pension, benefits, and absence administration
- Maintain HRIS data and employee records under GDPR
- Serve as first point of contact for HR questions and employee relations
- Coordinate EOR providers and employees across EMEA
- Lead employee engagement and office operations in Eindhoven
Wat je meebrengt
- 1+ years of HR generalist experience
- Knowledge of Dutch HR operations and employment practices
- Experience coordinating Dutch payroll with external providers
- Familiarity with managing EOR employees across multiple countries
- Based in Netherlands or Belgium, able to work from Eindhoven office 4 days per week
- Fluent in Dutch and English Mooi meegenomen
