What will you do?
- As a Planner, you're the one who makes sure all the puzzle pieces fall into place.
- You start your workday by checking the staff schedule.
- Are all temporary workers scheduled?
- Are the work rosters correct, and is transportation properly arranged?
- Meanwhile, a sick notice comes in, and a client asks if extra staff can be available tomorrow.
- No problem - you keep the overview and immediately look for a suitable solution.
- You process clients' staff schedules in P4F, taking into account availability, hour guarantees, and client preferences.
- In case of changes, sick notices, or no-shows, you quickly coordinate with the relevant departments and arrange replacements where needed.
- You also identify bottlenecks and actively think along about how to make scheduling smarter and more efficient.
- But your job doesn't stop at staff scheduling.
- You also keep an eye on the housing and transportation of temporary workers.
- You ensure an efficient distribution of cars and drivers, coordinate rides with colleagues, and liaise with the facilities department whenever something doesn't go as planned.
