Salary € 3500-4500 Location Eindhoven Employment type Part-time What will you do? As Senior HR Advisor, you're the go-to person for everything related to staff and organization. You switch effortlessly between employees, managers and leadership. Whether it's an absence case, a performance review, or a question around staff development, you know exactly how to offer the right support. Together with your HR colleague, you make sure recruitment, onboarding and personnel administration run smoothly. You also guide managers with HR-related questions, maintain contact with the occupational health service, and keep a close eye on developments around absence, staffing and turnover.
But your role goes beyond just advising. You spot opportunities for improvement, translate HR policy into practical solutions, and actively contribute ideas on the further professionalization of HR. You also provide daily guidance to the Reception and Facilities colleagues and support their development. In short, a varied HR role where both your expertise and people skills really come into play!
