In this role, you translate complex engineering requirements into optimal design solutions for brackets, displays, and ceiling suspensions. You work closely with the international 'Goodyear team', heavily utilizing your design knowledge and testing expertise without focusing on detailed stacking. • You guide comprehensive test plans and protocols to rigorously validate engineering designs. • You resolve advanced technical issues to minimize production downtime. • You evaluate and approve external vendor components to meet high-quality standards. • You ensure strict compliance with quality management systems (QMS) and safety regulations. • You document your technical findings accurately and meticulously.
