- Extensive experience leading teams of roughly 10 to 20 people
- MBO level 4 or higher, or an HBO Associate degree
- An affinity with the processes on the department, such as milling, honing, turning, laser cladding and deep-hole drilling; you don't need to operate them all yourself
- Willing to work a 2‑shift rota (required)
- Fluent Dutch; English matters too
You work a 2‑shift rota: 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:30 to 23:00.
- For shift work you receive a 20% shift allowance.
