For us, good antenatal care starts with a strong and close-knit team. That is why we are looking for colleagues who not only excel in their field, but also want to contribute to the further development of our practice. What are you going to do? You support women and families throughout pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period with care, expertise and trust in the natural process. We are also looking for someone who looks beyond the field of midwifery alone. A colleague who contributes ideas, takes the initiative, recognises opportunities and is keen to help shape the future development of our practice. This could involve, for example, contributing ideas on the client journey, launching new initiatives, strengthening relationships with our partners or raising the profile of our practice. On average, you'll work 1 to 2 shifts a week and have 1 to 2 consultation days. Who are we looking for? A BIG-registered primary care midwife who: - Available from 1 January 2027. - Can be deployed flexibly for 24-hour shifts and consultation hours. - Works on the basis of a belief in the physiology of pregnancy and birth. - An enthusiastic driving force is proactive and enterprising. - Enjoys working with others and knows how to inspire them. - Ownership is demonstrated and opportunities are turned into action.
