As part of a major expansion project, you will focus on the on-site implementation, testing, commissioning and verification of new equipment and systems. Working closely with project managers, engineering specialists, validation teams and external vendors, you will apply your electrical engineering expertise to ensure successful project execution in a highly regulated environment. This is a fully project-focused role, with no maintenance or production support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation and commissioning of new packaging and labelling lines.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical engineering issues during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and commissioning.
- Perform electrical testing, validation and verification of equipment and systems.
- Develop test protocols, conduct technical evaluations and prepare assessment reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, automation, validation, Quality Assurance, manufacturing and external suppliers.
- Ensure project activities comply with applicable quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Independently plan and execute electrical engineering activities within assigned projects, adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.
