- As Teamlead People & Organization, you will lead our international HR team in the Netherlands, Spain, and Poland.
- You ensure connection between colleagues, encourage collaboration, and help team members further develop.
- You are aware of what is happening within the team and the organization, support with daily HR issues, and advise management and executives on HR and labor law matters.
- You combine a people-oriented approach with a practical, hands-on mentality.
You will be involved in
- Coaching and developing the international HR team;
- Strengthening collaboration between colleagues in the Netherlands, Spain, and Poland;
- Advising managers and executives on HR and labor law issues;
- Improving HR processes and work agreements;
- Increasing engagement, ownership, and job satisfaction;
- Supporting with operational and tactical HR issues when needed.
You collaborate daily with colleagues from different countries and cultures and have a direct impact on their development and collaboration.
