You will work in 3 shifts and lead a team of around 10 colleagues. You will ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that everyone knows what needs to be done. In return, you will receive a monthly salary of €3,400 to €4,100, including a 21.5% shift allowance, 25 days of holiday leave and 8% holiday allowance.

Functieomschrijving
As a Production Team Leader, you ensure that everything runs smoothly on the production floor. You lead a team of 7 to 16 employees, depending on the shift you work. Don't have experience managing a larger team yet? No problem! You can start with a smaller team and grow from there. You keep an overview, know what is happening within your team and ensure that agreements are followed. You have regular contact with employees and management. You share information, discuss what is going on and ensure that action points are followed up. You know how to deal with different people, listen to your team and address colleagues when necessary.
