- Who you areFor the position of 4-Shift Team Leader, it is important that you meet the following requirements:- You speak English.
- Dutch is definitely welcome, too!
- However, your English must be at a good level, since your supervisors will also communicate with you in English;- You are willing to work in Oss;- You are available 36 hours per week;- You are willing to work 4 shifts (morning, afternoon, and night);- You have a vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking;- You are familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- What will you doAs a 4-shift team leader, you ensure that the department runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
- You directly manage a team of 10 to 20 operational employees and actively pitch in on the floor when needed.
- Your work schedule (36 hours per week).
- You’ll work a 4-shift rotation:- Morning shift: 6:00 a.m.
- 2:30 p.m.- Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m.
- 10:30 p.m.- Evening/night shift: 10:00 p.m.
- 6:30 a.m.- You lead your team and assign daily tasks;- You monitor agreements regarding budgets, productivity, and KPIs;- You coordinate staff scheduling with the production manager;- You coach and mentor your employees to foster a positive work environment;
