As a Quality Engineer, you will work closely with Project Management, Production, and Sales to monitor, improve, and safeguard quality performance. You will analyze deviations, perform root cause analyses, and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are structurally implemented. In doing so, you will use quality and continuous improvement methodologies such as 8D and FMEA. In addition, you will coordinate improvement initiatives and actively contribute to fostering a quality-driven culture throughout the organization. In collaboration with Sales and Production, you will define customer-focused KPIs and monitor these throughout the different phases of industrialization and production.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's degree (HBO) level of working and thinking, or MBO+ with relevant work experience, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Experience with quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with process improvement and quality management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems.
- Good command of both Dutch and English.
- Independent, proactive, and strong communication skills.
