- As a Quality Assurance Engineer you are the first point of contact for your customers on everything quality related.
- You make sure quality standards from the customer and from legislation and regulations are properly implemented, and you handle customer complaints correctly and on time according to 8D.
- Together with your colleagues you shift the quality work from reactive to preventive.

- Implementing quality standards from the customer and from legislation and regulations
- Drawing up a quality plan for existing products and for the introduction of new products, and guiding the implementation
- Managing the quality KPIs using trend analyses
- Initiating improvement proposals following PDCA, 4C or DMAIC
- Working with colleagues on the shift from reactive to preventive working
- Following up on and embedding a quality-minded attitude across the whole organisation
