- We are searching as per immediate effect for 1 International Sous Chef - Italian Cuisine (m/f/x) Location: Wien ,AT Department: Kitchen Contract Type: Full-time YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO As International Sous Chef - Italian Cuisine (m/f/x) you will work closely with our Italian team to shape and develop Italian cuisine across the DO & CO Group.
Your main responsibilities
- Culinary leadership and operational responsibility at international catering events
- Working at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club®
- Ensuring the highest quality and service standards
- Leading and coordinating international kitchen teams
- Development of menus and food concepts
Qualifications WHAT SETS YOU APART
- 6+ years of professional experience in luxury gastronomy with a focus on Italian cuisine
- Completed culinary training
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to F1 races internationally
- Efficient and flexible working style
- Performance-driven mindset and strong team spirit
- Valid work permit for Austria

Willingness to overpay depends on qualifications and individual agreement. Additional compensation for F1 event assignments. Must be willing to relocate to Vienna.
