- Drive the European sourcing strategy for General Services categories
- Lead tenders, supplier selection processes and contract negotiations with strategic service providers
- Identify savings opportunities, improve service quality and create measurable business value
- Build strong partnerships with suppliers and monitor performance through KPIs and service agreements
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Facility Management and Finance teams across Europe
- Drive sustainability, innovation and standardization initiatives within indirect services procurement What makes you great
- Several years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Category Management or Strategic Sourcing
- Experience with service-related categories such as Facility Management, Security, Cleaning, Travel, Fleet, Staffing or Waste Management
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving business challenges
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
