From scaling pilot concepts to identifying future plant locations, you will play a key role in transforming ideas into operational reality and helping ALPLA advance the circular economy. º Support the implementation and continuous improvement of solvent based recycling technologies º Execute and coordinate technical work packages within industrialization projects º Collaborate with technology partners, suppliers and engineering teams to advance recycling solutions º Collect, analyze and document technical data and project results to support decision-making º Assist in planning and executing of pilot activities º Support the evaluation of equipment, technologies and potential plant locations º Coordinate project-related activities across internal departments and external stakeholders º Contribute to the successful delivery of recycling projects through hands-on technical involvement What makes you great
- Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
- Experience in project management within industrial, chemical or process-related environments
- Experience in chemical plant engineering, process development or industrial scale-up is considered a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and drive complex projects to successful completion
- Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage
- High willingness to travel within Europe
