LA RESIDENCIA DE SAN BLAS SE ENCUENTRA EN JALANCE (VALENCIA), ES PÚBLICA, DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE JALANCE. A EFECTOS DE LA BOLSA DEL SMS O SESCAM PUNTÚA IGUAL QUE UN HOSPITAL PÚBLICO.
SE TRABAJA POR TURNOS
- DIURNO (07:00 A 19:00) Y DE NOCHE (19:00 A 07:00).
- NORMALMENTE SE SUELEN HACER 8-9 DIURNOS Y 3-4 NOCHES.
- EN TOTAL ENTRE 11 Y 12 TURNOS AL MES.
- SI ALGUIEN NO QUIERE HACER NOCHES NO SE LE PONEN.
- EL CUADRANTE SE HACE MES A MES Y NO SEGUIMOS UNA CADENCIA FIJA, INTENTAMOS ACOPLARNOS TODOS EN FUNCIÓN DE LAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS PERSONALES DE CADA UNO (OTRO TRABAJO, CONCILIACIÓN ...).
EL SALARIO BRUTO AL MES 2170.59 Y LAS NOCHES SE PAGAN A 24.65 Y LOS FESTIVOS Y DOMINGOS A 47.02.
EL TRABAJO ES EL DE UNA RESIDENCIA NORMAL (ANALÍTICAS, ADMINISTRACIÓN DE MEDICACIÓN (ORAL, COLIRIOS, INH, SC, IM, IV...), GESTIÓN INTEGRAL DEL RESIDENTE, CURAS, ETC...).
