FIBA is a non\\-profit organisation and recognised as the ultimate authority in basketball by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). \*\*Key Responsibilities\*\* \*\*International Transfers of Players\*\* \* To monitor all international transfers of players. \* To monitor investigations on illegal international transfers and to assure a constant follow\\-up. \* To assure the correspondence with both National Federations and FIBA Agents for solving cases. \* To test new developments done to the online platform used for international transfers of players. \* To contribute to the overall improvement of working activities by proposing more efficient methods. \*\*Players Unit Social Media\*\* \* Create social media content to post on Instagram account \* Engage with followers \*\*Assisting the Players Unit's Senior manager in any project as deemed necessary.\*\* \*\*Experience and skills required\*\* \* Motivated, multitask and team player. \* Strong administrative and organisational skills. \* Attention to detail. \* Capacity to work independently and unsupervised.
