Duties & Tasks
Promote and encourage independence for all clients. Activities of daily living. Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting and personal hygiene. Catheter and Stoma Care support. Supporting feeding and meal preparation. Prompting medication. Light housework appropriate to the care plan including commode hygiene and laundry. Companionship and trips out including hospital appointments and shopping. Alzheimer and Dementia care activities for clients. Step-down care. End-of-life care. Primary Care Team support.
Requirements
QQI Level 5 or equivalent nursing certificateFull Irish Driving LicenceApplicants must have a good command of the English language.
