About this role
- Develop and manage store budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Analyse P&L (Profit & Loss statements) and identify improvement areas.
- Plan and execute procurement strategies based on demand forecasting.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and distributors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Implement inventory management systems (ERP/POS-based).Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics (warehouse to store flow).Improve operational efficiency through process improvements.
- Implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).Use analytics tools (Excel, ERP dashboards, and BI tools) to: Forecast demand: Identify slow/fast-moving products and optimise pricing and promotions.
