Comerford Brothers Limited Bakery is a family-run Irish bakery established in 1956, producing a wide range of quality baked goods supplied to families and retailers across Ireland.
- Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake bread, pastries and cakes.- Follow recipes and production procedures to maintain consistent quality standards.- Ensure bakery work areas are kept clean, organised and safe.- Follow food hygiene, health and safety regulations at all times.- Work effectively as part of the bakery and production team.- Support daily bakery production requirements as needed.
- Requirements- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar bakery role is required.- Previous professional bakery experience is essential.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Reliable, hardworking and punctual.- Ability to work early mornings, weekends and according to production schedules.- Ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Salary and HoursThe position offers a salary of €36,605 per annum, based on a standard 39-hour working week.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at IDA Newbridge Business Park, Green Road, Newbridge, County Kildare, W12 HK20, Ireland.
