You Dream Catering Ltd is seeking a Restaurant and Catering Establishment Manager for Beech Park Golf Club, Kilteel Road, Johnstown, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin, D24 N928. This is one position, offering a salary of €36,605 per annum for 39 hours per week. The successful candidate will manage daily restaurant and catering operations, lead the team, oversee stock and ordering, coordinate functions and events, and maintain high standards of customer service, food safety and hygiene. Applicants must have a recognised third-level qualification in Hospitality Management and a minimum of five years’ experience in the same position.
