About this role
Crimeguard Security Services Limited is seeking an Electrical Technician to join our team.
Main Duties:•
- Assist with the installation, operation and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.•
- Plan and prepare work and testing schedules based on technical specifications and drawings.•
- Set up equipment, carry out tests, take readings and record results.•
- Check completed installations to ensure they are operating correctly and safely.•
- Diagnose electrical and electronic faults and carry out appropriate corrective actions.•
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of systems and equipment.•
- Provide technical assistance and advice to clients regarding the operation and servicing of electrical and electronic systems.
Requirements:•
- Relevant experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar technical role.•
- Good knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.•
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.•
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
