Sodexo is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across two higher education buildings in Dublin. Reporting to the Contract Director, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operational delivery of both hard and soft FM services, leading multidisciplinary teams while ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, financial performance and client satisfaction.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the delivery of services, including hard and soft services.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service partners, and key stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring motivation, performance, and professional growth.
- Financial & Budget Control: Manage budgets, optimise expenditures, and drive financial efficiency.
