CHONGQING FOOD LIMITED T/A CHONGQING NODDLEAPT 1, 168 CAPLE STREET DUBLIN 1 looking for a passion chef de partie to join the team.39 HOURS PER WEEKResponsibilities:*Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely mannerFollow recipes and presentation specifications*Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently*Maintain highest level of hygiene standards whilst adhering to health & safety standards*Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment*Restock items as needed throughout the shift*Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards*Attend training as required*Carry out any other reasonable request from a member of managementRequirement*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a kitchen at Chef de Partie with chinese dish*Passion for cooking and eagerness to develop new skills*Strong teamwork and communication skills*Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen*Maintaining high level of health and safety standards.
