Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards. Handle mise en place and maintain food quality and portion control. Maintain hygiene and food safety under HACCP guidelines. Assist with stock control and minimize waste.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional culinary experience. Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
