About this role
Circulate Online Limited is seeking a full-time, permanent Creative Project Manager to oversee the planning, resourcing and delivery of creative and multimedia projects, reporting directly to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and track project portfolio budgets, forecast spending, monitor expenditure and report variances directly to the Director.
- Coordinate internal creative, production and technical teams using Monday.com throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive project scopes, establish timelines, manage resource capacity and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate, draft and administer supplier contracts and service agreements with freelancers and external vendors.
- Conduct detailed post-project evaluations and analyse data to improve workflows and future project delivery.

Requirements
- A postgraduate degree at NFQ Level 9 or equivalent in Arts Management, Project Management or Business Operations.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in project management workflows and creative production structures.
