Join Sodexo as a Health & Safety Divisional Lead and help drive a proactive zero-harm culture across complex, high-profile environments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and promote a strong safety culture across multiple sites and FM operations.
- Provide expert H&S guidance across technical, catering, cleaning, security and front-of-house services.
- Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Support GMP environments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
- Provide H&S leadership throughout mobilisations, contract transitions and new site implementations.
- Lead on fire safety, emergency preparedness and business continuity.
- Deliver H&S training and support operational teams in embedding best practice.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, clients and operational teams to drive continual improvement.
- About YouRelevant Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Strong FM experience, ideally across complex or multi-service environments.
- Experience working within GMP / regulated environments.
- Experience supporting mobilisations and contract transitions.
- Relevant Fire Safety qualifications and strong knowledge of fire safety requirements.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, incident investigation and H&S legislation.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
