Lead end-to-end operational strategy by aligning business objectives, resource planning, andprocess optimisation initiatives to maximise organisational performance. Develop operational frameworks, standard operating procedures, and governance models toimprove efficiency, scalability, and service excellence across business functions. Manage cross-functional projects by coordinating stakeholders, budgets, timelines, andresources to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Monitor operational KPIs, performance dashboards, and business metrics to identify trends,measure productivity, and drive continuous improvement. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies to eliminateinefficiencies, reduce operational costs, and enhance workflow effectiveness.
