About this role
- Chef De Partie who will also be responsible for kitchen management duties required by Daniel Horgan, (Ambrosia Foods Ltd T/A Man Friday Restaurant).
- Responsible for monitoring and ordering stock.
- Responsible for preparation in the Kitchen and ensuring that orders are made in a high quality and timely manner.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef De Partie required.
- Will be required to assist the culinary team in producing high quality meals and services within required deadlines.
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure with a high level of attention to detail required.
- Proficiency in the English Language required.
- Knowledge of HACCP required.
