About this role
For a company in regio Wielsbeke we are looking for motivated and technically skilled Extrusion Operators to join the production team. We have opportunities available in both a two-shift system (early and late shifts) and a permanent night shift. As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion machinery to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor extrusion machines and production lines. Set up machines and adjust process parameters according to production requirements. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform routine quality checks and make adjustments when necessary. Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues. Carry out basic cleaning and maintenance tasks. Follow all health, safety, and production procedures. Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets.
Your Profile
Experience in extrusion or a similar production environment is an advantage. Technical understanding and a hands-on approach. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexible and willing to work either a two-shift system or a permanent night shift. Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn. You speak English or Dutch fluently.
