Location: Central London, hybrid (3 days per week in office)
Contract: Temporary, until late July
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £21.92 per hour + holiday (circa £40,000 salaried equivalent)

Responsibilities:
Provide confidential advice and guidance on a range of student wellbeing mattersConduct triage conversations to assess needs and identify appropriate support pathwaysSignpost and refer students to internal and external support servicesIdentify and escalate safeguarding concerns in line with established protocolsAdvise on disability support and reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010Maintain accurate and compliant records of case activityWork collaboratively with academic teams and professional servicesContribute to service improvements, reporting and development of guidance materials Requirements:
