Our client is a service-oriented industrial organization operating a high-volume production environment and currently undergoing a period of operational instability. Jobomschrijving Stabilize day-to-day operations and re-establish operational control across the site. Identify root causes of process failures, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance. Lead an operational turnaround focused on improving productivity, quality, and service levels. Rebuild trust, collaboration, and stability within operational teams through a visible, hands-on presence on the shop floor.
- Proven experience as an Interim Operations Manager, Plant Manager, or Crisis Manager in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong track record in operational turnarounds, crisis management, and performance recovery programs.
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and action-oriented professional who is comfortable working directly on the shop floor.
- Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and mobilize teams in challenging environments.
- Ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced operational settings with limited resources and deliver tangible results.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
