Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to estimate quantities and costs.- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs) or Schedules of Rates specific to M&E systems.- Use digital tools (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, Revit, BIM) to ensure precision and efficiency in quantification.- Verify subcontractor payment applications and progress reports.- Support the Subcontract Manager with final measurements for contract close-out.- Third-level education diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.- At least five years of relevant post-qualification experience with a main contractor.- Relevant experience in EPC client projects with a total value exceeding €500 million.- Computer literate, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.- Ability to work accurately with figures.
